Whole Wheat Banana Nut Bread - Moist and Delicious!

Almond Parmesan Baked Flounder

Here's a dish that is light and delicious, quick and easy to make, and happens to be quite a healthy option for you and your family. 

Almond Parmesan Baked Flounder is low calorie, low carb, gluten-free, rich in protein and vitamin B12, and contains healthy omega-3 fatty acids. It is a fish that is lower in mercury levels than many others and is downright tasty.

SAUTEED BUTTERFLY SHRIMP (GLUTEN-FREE)

Welcome to the launch (lunch?) of our first video channel devoted to cooking delicious, healthier versions of our favorite dishes! 


Here is one of my favorites: 

Sauteed Butterfly Shrimp

  1. Sauteed, not deep fried
  2. Uses chickpea flour instead of wheat (gluten-free)
  3. Coconut oil for the pan (instead of  soybean, corn, canola, sunflower, and safflower)
  4. Super easy to make!
